Shipping Policy
We ship Monday - Friday, and orders typically ship within 3 business days.
Stun Gun Defense Products offers:
- FREE Ground shipping on ALL orders! (Continental USA only)
- $10.00 Flat Rate Ground shipping for Non-Contiguous USA (Alaska and Puerto Rico)
- Standard Ground Shipping – Will be delivered within 3-10 business days.

- Physical address required for ALL TASER orders which are shipped by UPS Ground. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Adult signature required on delivery.
By making a purchase you agree to the Terms & Conditions and understand that some products may not be shipped to restricted areas.
*Stun guns and TASERs are considered weapons, and cannot be shipped internationally.
**Rush shipping may NOT be available on all items.
Return Policy
Defective Returns:
We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied. Defective items may be returned within 30 days to us for a replacement or in-store credit except for TASER products. Defective Taser products will need to be exchanged directly through Axon at www.Axon.com. Some products may carry an extended Manufacturer Warranty, see individual product descriptions for additional details.
Our 30 Day Warranty covers defects in workmanship and manufacturing. The product must have been used properly and be in good condition. Any modifications will void your warranty. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, or lack of proper care. Our stun guns have maximum charging times which are listed in the instructions included with your product, overcharging can damage the unit and void the warranty. We reserve the right to determine if the product is defective and within warranty.
Non-Defective Returns:
At this time all non-defective product sales are final due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We cannot accept returns due to possible COVID-19 contamination as we cannot guarantee the safety and cleanliness of products after they have shipped.
*All TASER sales are Final. Non-defective TASER products are non-returnable.
Returns Process:
- Email Us at orders@stun-gun-defense-products.com for a Return RMA number.
- Once you have received your Return RMA number, return your order to the address supplied with your RMA number. Please make sure your RMA number is clearly written as part of the return address.
- We recommend shipping with a tracking number to avoid lost/misdirected returns, shipping & handing not included.
- Upon our receipt of the approved return, we will issue your exchange or in-store credit.
In-Store Credit Policy:
In-Store Credit is provided to our customers using Gift Certificates. You will receive a Gift Certificate ID Code via email to use for your next purchase during Checkout, and is able to be applied towards tax. Remaining balances can be used towards furture purchases.
