The rules regarding felony background checks for Taser ECD’s has recently changed. Previously a felony background check was required for anyone in all US States to pass a background check with the purchase of a Taser device. Now background checks are only required if you live in the states of Maryland, Minnesota, and Illinois. This new change has come around with the release of Taser’s newest ECD device, the Taser Pulse.
