Man Sues Police Over Stun Gun Incident
Chelsea — A man who was hit with a stun gun by a Randolph police officer in January 2012 has filed a lawsuit against the town, police and state prison officials alleging that the officer acted with excessive force in deploying the weapon and that officials subsequently withheld medical evaluation and care.
