Malloy Urges Lawmakers To Look At Statewide Stun-Gun Policy
HARTFORD – The death of a Branford man after he was hit by a police Taser this past weekend has led Gov. Dannel P. Malloy to suggest lawmakers look at establishing a uniform statewide policy for when police should and should not use stun guns.
